Speedy 2.0

Once the problems were identified, we began thinking about the target-customer and the context of use that best suited the product we wanted to create.

Then we proceeded to the concept definition. Below you can see some of the study sketches we made during this phase.

And finally...

#1 PROBLEM: LIQUIDS
To insert the liquids, simply remove the cap and insert them inside the bowl. For more precise recipes, a small 25 mL measuring cup has also been incorporated into the cap.

The capacity of the bowl has been doubled, going from 350 mL to 700 mL, allowing the use of the food processor in apartments inhabited by 3/4 people.

Sylicone seals have been added both in the lid and in the base-motor connection, so that the liquids cannot pass and damage the operating mechanisms.

#2 PROBLEM: CABLE
Speedy 2.0 can be recharged through its own charger. The cable is now 2m long instead of the initial 80 cm, which makes it much more practical. The food processor is fully charged when the six green lights turn green.

#3 PROBLEM: THE TWO SPEEDS ARE NOT INDICATED

#4 PROBLEM: COMPLICATED ASSEMBLY
To solve this problem, we thought of a magnetic attachment between the base and the bowl

When the handle is lifted, the bowl separates from the food processor's base. The handle then locks at a 45 ° angle to allow the contents to be overturned without tipping over on itself.
